CW2 Kramer’s planning and execution of a groundbreaking OC/T Seminar prepared over 50 OC/Ts for support during the 36th Infantry Division Combined Training Exercise. He expertly led staff planning for three major training events in the 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Teams War Fighting Exercises, and the 36th Infantry Division Combined Training Exercise. His superb efforts flawlessly synchronized the deployment of over 200 OC/Ts and resulted in world-class training support for over 2,000 Soldiers, ultimately increasing the readiness of our National Guard and Reserve partners. Additionally, CW2 Kramer utilized his vast doctrinal knowledge to coach and mentor Brigade Aviation Officers from 36th Infantry Division and 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team on the integration of aviation and fires into the military decision making process during major collective exercises.
