General Motors displays a Chevrolet Equinox Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle

General Motors displays a Chevrolet Equinox Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle at the Go Green Expo held in midtown in New York on Friday, March 19, 2010. The cars, which use hydrogen gas as power, convert hydrogen and oxygen into water, producing electricity to power the vehicle as part of the process. Unlike batteries, which can go dead, electricity is available as long as the tank can be filled with hydrogen. The cars are zero emission, producing only water at a physical by-product. (© Frances M.
