The farm houses. are one stor^ stone cottages, 25 x 30, plastered and nicely finished inside, and are erected at the astonishingly small cost of $300. A number have already been erected and more will be put up before the season closes. When tlie plaoe has been fully carried out there will be 200 houses, and all will be connected with the main office by tele- phone.
