The professors being required to give theirwhole time to the work of their respective departments, theexpense of their support is much greater than formerly. The new Seminary building has left considerable indebt-edness to be provided for, and the maintenance and care ofthe large edifice entail heavier draft upon the treasury thanheretofore. The claims of the Seminary are, therefore, submitted tothe consideration of all who may wish to honor the Lord withtheir substance. Congregations, as well as individuals, areasked to give their help to the full equipment of the institu-tion. Appeal is also made to all who purpose making bequeststo remember the Seminary, which has rendered so much im-portant service to the Church, and which is furnished for evenbetter service in the future.
