Lynx spider with egg sac. Female lynx spider (family Oxyopidae) guarding her egg sac (white) on a piece of leaf suspended by silk (left and right). Most species of lynx spider don't use webs but spend their lives hunting prey on plants. They do not tend to be aggressive unless defending their eggs.
