Walkway around frozen Lower Glendevon Reservoir in Glen Devon, Perth & Kinross district of Scotland. There are two reservoirs Upper and Lower. The Lower reservoir is the older of the two and it is operated by Scottish Water and supplies Dunfermline, Rosyth and West Fife with drinking water.
