The bride was a daughter ofThompson C. and Melvina (Vigal) S|>icer, theformer now living in the township and the latterdeceased, the date of her demise having beenDecember 9, 1873. He has served as School Direc-tor in an able manner. The entire family belongto the Methodist Episcopal Church, in which thehusband and father has been Trustee. He isheld in due esteem by his ac(iuaintances asan honest. God-fearing man and an industriousfarmer.
