Andrew Smith, a local cub scout whose family is stationed at Naval Base Guam, carries a bag of rice to be packed into a bundle to later be used during Operation Christmas Drop 2018 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 8, 2018. Andrew with his mother Krystle, not only donated their time but also their resources to OCD to help supply over 20,000 people throughout the Micronesian islands.
