Huize 'Janushof', home of the Hamerslag-van Dorland family. Hermanus Johannes Hamerslag (18/06/1853 - 24/03/1924) was a coal dealer and partner of (brother -in -law) Joachimus (Chiem) van Houwinge (24/03/1859 - 22/02/1936), also coal trader, large land owner of the area on and adjacent to the Kwakkenberg and founder of the Villapark of the same name. The text on the postcard, addressed to (niece) Johanna Christina van Houwinge (11/12/1891 - 21/07/1974), is probably from (aunt) Christina Hendrika Hamerslag (05/02/1855 - 06/03/1918 )
