The colourful herbaceous planting and yew hedging within the Flower Garden of Herterton House, Northumberland, England.

The gardens of Herterton House have been created over a period of 40+ years by Frank and Marjory Lawley. The garden had once been an overgrown farmyard, while the house was once a Tudor Longhouse and served as a farmyard barn for many decades.
