Ore. (June 8, 2018) Rear Adm. Blake Converse, commander, Submarine Group Nine, salutes the colors during the annual Rose Festival Fleet Week Royal Rosarian Honorary Knighting Ceremony. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard Members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
