060315-N-0857F-006 Arabian Sea (March 15, 2006) Ð Guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73) hoists the Japanese steaming ensign at the completion of an underway replenishment (UNREP) with Japanese oiler JDS Tokiwa (AOE 423). This replenishment made Decatur the Japan Maritime Self Defense ForceÕs (JMSDF) 600th customer.
