SASEBO, Japan (April 20, 2017) Fire and emergency services personnel from Commander, Naval Forces Japan evacuate a victim as part of a simulated building collapse during Exercise Reliant Gale onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo. Reliant Gale’s purpose is to train naval installations in emergency preparedness and personnel accountability, evacuation and recovery operations from a catastrophic natural disaster.
