Fennell has been appointed as-sistant superintendent of transportationof the Kansas City (Mo.) Railways. has been in the service of therailway for the last fourteen years,eight years of which time he has beenengaged in work pertaining to the con-ducting of transportation. At the timeof his appointment as assistant super-intendent of transportation Mr. Fennellwas superintendent of traffic for thecompany. H. H.
