Rangabali is an Upazila of Patuakhali District in the Division of Barisal, Bangladesh. It is bordered by the Bay of Bengal to the south, and Char Fasson Upazila to the east; and by the Kalapara Upazila and Rabnabad Channel to the west, and Chalitabunia river, Agunmukha river and Char Biswas to the north. This southern upazila is full of natural beauty. Being in the coastal region, fishing is the main livelihood of this region. Paddy, jute, watermelon, various crops and vegetables are also produced in this region. At the southernmost tip of the upazila is a beach located on the shores of the Bay of Bengal
