Hundreds of Muslims around the Philippines gathered at UP Bahay ng Alumni in Quezon City for the 41st Qur'an Reading Competition (QRC) with this year's theme, '"Trabaho ko, 'Ibadah' Ko" which means 'my job is a form of worship to the Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.' QRC was institutionalized in 1976 and serves as vehicle in enhancing the country's international image and in the enrichment of the Philippines' diplomatic relations with different Islamic countries.
