A fearsome lot of medi-cines were next crowded upon the unfor-tunate patient, and the hedgehog was thecause of great controversy; iinally Harvey 224 Aixiials oj Medical History and the surgeon informed the prescriberthereof that if he persisted in trying to en-force his prescription they would not con-sult with him again. Not to be out-witted,the physician paid a visit by himself, in theevening and again prescribed his intentions were frustrated by Harveysarrival, and the dose was not this time his Lordship was on asudden surprised with a Diarrhoea,
