HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. – Joint Task Force – Haiti command and control element boards a C-130 aircraft from Homestead Air Reserve base to direct disaster relief operation in Haiti, Aug. 17. Personnel assigned to Special Operations Command South travel to Haiti in support of disaster relief operations at the request of the Haitian government as a trusted partner in the Western Hemisphere.
