A piece of timber sculpture marks the entrance to Grange Stone Circle in County Limerick, Rep. of Ireland. Built circa 2000 BC, this is the largest stone circle in Ireland, measuring 150ft in diameter and comprising 113 standing stones, The largest stone is "Ronnach Croim Duibh" (The Prominent Black Stone) weighs approx 40 Tonnes and stands 13 feet high. The entire circle is surrounded by an embankment circa 1 meter high.
