Gesneriana, but the plants in the trade as T. Armena differ as indi- cated above. 25. platystigma, Jord. Height 18 in.: stem slen- der, glabrous: lvs. 3—t, very much undulated: peduncle glabrous: perianth campan- ulate, 2 in. long, violet- scented, magenta-red; seg- ments obovate-oblong; claw blue tinted with a yellow spot in the middle; filaments not bearded: anthers violet- colored: ovary prismatic: stigmas very large and undulated.
