War Memorial, Parliament Square, Hertford, Hertfordshire, January 1923. The war memorial in Hertford was designed by Sir Aston Webb, RA. It consists of a bronze stag set on a Portland stone plinth. The names of those who died in the Second World War were later also inscribed on it.
