On the top of the barrel, also inlaid in gold, "Le Genie Francais Adopte La Liberté et L'égalité." There is a trophy bundle inlaid in silver on the tang. Spring bayonet, spring somewhat fatigued. Miquelet lock with floral engraving, dated and signed "D. Vocatur". Walnut stock with a Catalan buttstock. Brass furniture. Iron ramrod.
