LUANDA, Angola (Nov. 3, 2022) Lt. Alexandria Songer, center, operations officer for the expeditionary sea base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4), provides a guided tour to women service members of the Angolan Navy on the flight deck of the vessel following the ship’s arrival in the Angolan port Nov. 3, 2022. Hershel “Woody” Williams is rotationally deployed to the Naval Forces Africa area of operations, employed by Sixth Fleet, to defend , allied and partner interests.
