Fertilizers. The best Fertilizer for use on Putting Greens is Pulverized Sheep Manure and Nitrate of Soda. This can be applied at any time during the season, when tlie Grass is dry, at the rate of 25 pounds of the mix- ture to each green of 60 feet square.
