It is circular andseamless, and should be long enough to coverthe entire abdomen and greater part of thechest. It is made with open shoulder strapsbuttoning on the shoulders—so that all bendingand twisting of the babys arms will be avoidedwhen dressing the baby—and the lower edge ofthe band has a tab in front and in back to whichthe diaper may be pinned (Fig. 1).
