The picture shows 350 lbs. of wax thatwe have just run through the Hatch-Gemmi]piess, being the product from the cappingsfrom 35,000 lbs. of honey. Although thecappings were pretty well drained lastsummer, when running them through themelter this winter we got about 600 lbs. ofhoney. Really it was a surprise to us as towhere it all came from.
