. The House of Prince Gagarin on Novinsky Boulevard in Moscow . The house depicted on the aquarelle, was built in 1817 by the architect Joseph Bové. It belonged to the princely family Gagarin, the last owner of the mansion before the nationalization was Viktor Nikolaevich Gagarin.
