The petroglyphs on the McConkie Ranch in the Dry Fork of Ashley Canyon in northern Utah were carved in the sandstone by people of the Fremont Culture between 800 and 1,500 years ago in Classic Vernal Style. A petroglyph depicting a warrior holding a severed head on Panel P30 at Ashley Creek. A woman is depicted at right.
