CAMP SMITH, Hawaii (Nov. 1, 2016) The Commander of Pacific Command (USPACOM), Adm. Harry Harris, Jr. presents the Department of Defense Legion of Merit medal to Lt. Gen. Tim Keating, New Zealand Chief of Defence Force, for his leadership in advancing the bilateral collaboration between and New Zealand. During his visit to Hawaii, Keating will meet with USPACOM senior leaders, interact with service members, and tour military facilities.
