On motion the secretary cast the ballot for the members present, which duly elected these applicants to membership. The installation of the officers-elect then took place. President Hummert appointed two former presidents, J. F. Ammann and F. J. Fillmore, installing officers and the following officers-elect were duly installed: President, W. A. Eowe; vice-president, William Ossick; secretary, J. J. Beneke; treasurer, "Wil- liam C. Smith; 3-year trustee, L. Bau- mann; 2-year trustee, Oscar Ruff, and 1-year trustee, L. J. Bourdet.
