Protesters carry a cut-out of Hong Kong's Financial Secretary John Tsang at an anti-budget demonstration on March 3, 2013 organized by pro-democracy party People Power. They are protesting against the Hong Kong government's annual budget, prepared by Tsang, which they claim did little for the poor and less well-off. The budget was delivered on February 27.
