The community getting the school is generallyexpected to provide some, if not all, the land for groundsand experiment farm and a large part of the funds for schoolbuildings, including dormitory facilities, barns for stock,etc., at an outlay of from $15,000 to $25,000, and also toprovide a maintenance fund of $2500 a year.
