General Emile Félix Count Fleury (1815 - 1884), a parade saddle of Abd-al-Qadir Rawhide covered wood construction with tall pommel and cantle. The leather saddle blanket, plaid, and chest collar entirely covered with raised ornamental embroidery made of formerly gold-plated silver tinsel cord (over applied cardboard pieces). The chest collar with two iron buckles and five cambered ornamental brass plaques. The embroidery partially strongly rubbed, the leather soiled. Length of the saddle blanket ca. 106 cm.
