Dana, along with his wingman, was alerted Aug. 14, 2017, by a Joint Terminal Attack Controller the enemy had breached friend lines in eight locations. In a three-hour period, Dana employed 11,000 pounds of ordnance and destroyed 10 enemy defensive fighting positions.
