CHARLESTON, (June 1, 2017) Service members from Naval Munitions Command Atlantic, Unit Charleston, based at Joint Base Charleston, family and friends gathered June 1 for a memorial service for Mineman 2nd Class Cole Spennati, his wife Elise, a Navy veteran, and their two daughters who were killed in a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 95 in Robeson Country, on their way back from leave visiting family in Pennsylvania May 16.
