SUCCESS IN FISHING Some of our fishermen who read the reports from various sources, as to the conditions of fishing in the various streams, return home to announce that such reports are exaggerated; that they haven't had any success. They forget that a part of the success in fishing rests with the angler. No matter how good the fishing happens to he, unless there is a certain amount of skill on the part'of the operator, there will be no limit to report. It is quite true at this time of the year low water in the streams and hot weather mitigate against fishing.
