Protesters in black with a red smoke flare arrive at the protest by Class War and supporters outside the 'Jack the Ripper Museum' tourist attraction on Cable St which has been refused planning permission for its facade and shutter. They brought toy plastic hammers and offered to take it down as the owners have not yet complied with the decision.
