After selecting a box, fill it about half full of the warm, well-soaked sawdust and pack it down firmly with a brick. The top of the sawdust should be even and level. The germination cloth should now be put in the box and tucked in carefully around the edges. Notice that there is a margin of 2\ inches around the edge of the cloth and that the squares ^are 2% by 2\ inches. The germination box should be 30 by 30 inches and 4 inches deep.
