Staff Sgt. Sung Kim, Maryland National Guard, attempts to fix a malfunction on his rifle during a rifle match on Sept. 1 during the 50th Winston P. Wilson Rifle and Pistol Championships at the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center. The objective of this training event is to promote the growth and development of state level marksmanship training, as well as evaluate individual and collective tasks pertaining to that training.
