A group of birdwatchers silhouetted against the setting sun as they wait to view the ‘murmuration' of thousands of starlings flying in at dusk to settle for the night on the cast iron legs of the Victorian seaside pier at Aberystwyth on the west wales coast UK. The roost in Aberystwyth is one of only three urban roosts in the UK.
