Brig. Gen. Lance G. Curtis, the deputy commanding general of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command operational command post, brings up a point to Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., the commanding general of 1st TSC on the second day of a commanders conference on Feb. 23, 2022, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Russell hosted the conference to inspire unity and collaboration among the unit command teams responsible for carrying out the 1st TSC’s mission throughout the Central Command area of responsibility.
