SAN DIEGO (April 12, 2017) Aviation Electronics Technician Airman Nathan McDaniel, attached to Patrol Squadron (VP) 40, salutes a P-3 Orion Aircraft as it taxis to the runway onboard Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). VP-40 has detached aircraft and personnel to NASNI to support Carrier Strike Group 11 in their Joint Task Force Exercise.
