Breeds for Particular Purposes.—The person who starts out with a particular specialty firmly fixed in his mind should make everything subordinate to this end. If he has his mind made up on a broiler plant, well and good, he will do well to choose the Wyandotte, all other things being equal. See Fig. 7.
