It wasquite natural that the man-tle of the superintendentshould fall upon the youngmans shoulders when promotion took the head of the de-partment to another field. Mr. Reely has been with theUnited Railways for several years. Before he entered thewelfare work he was in the office of the assistant generalmanager, then James R.
