TUY HOA, Vietnam (July 3, 2022) – Mr. Marc Knapper, United States Ambassador to Vietnam, speaks with Navy Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Mobile Battalion 3 (NMCB 3) and Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB 1) at the Lam Son Primary School build site in support of Pacific Partnership 2022. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
