He continued at some length and made avery warm place for himself in the hearts of us Ramsay then responded in behalf of the peoplewhom the committee represented, and as is his custom hemore than pleased us. Every one who reads these linesknow only too well how able a speaker the Judgeis, and it is sufficient to say that he spoke with hisusual eloquence.
