This Dlan is much larger in area th;in is needed to meet the requirements ofthe Act. The large area of the front hall is entirely unnecessary in a small liouse. This plan lacks means to get from the outside to the cellar without passingthrough the house. The area of the bathroom shown on the first floor is very wasteful. Windows to get cross ventilation in the back bedroom and the small front bed-room would necessitate the building of extra dormers, which, if provided, wouldadd to the cost. The absence of closets in bednioms is a serious omission which should not beoverlooked by any Commission. 6 68 OK .Ml .\H IIAI.
