An excellent cut-flower dahlia, with long stiff stems, producing its dainty flowers rigid and strong. Flowers of single formation, the larger petals being a rich velvety maroon. To make this more effective, the golden yellow pollen disc is surrounded by a ring of pure white very short petals, giving the whole flower a very unique appearance.
