Treasure of the UNESCO World Heritage site at ancient Angkor and the ruins of Ta Prohm Temple here with the many strangler figs and silk-cotton trees entwined among the ruins. Apart from general clearing of undergrowth the temple has been left as it was found by the French explorers who decided the temple should be left as found to gently decay. The temple has been used as a back-drop for many films including Laura Croft, Tomb Raiders starring Angelina Jolie
