Cartoon in which a refresh boy as an artist is proposed to the board of the Royal (Dutch) Academy of Sciences. The board seated links consisting of J. de Wal, Koenen and Bakhuizen van den Brink. The boy accompanied by C. Leemans and Jansen. Plate appeared at the Weekblad De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 13, March 31, 1860.
